The company provided me with clear and transparent details about all components of the rental agreement, delivered the car at a specific time and place that was requested and the drop off was also seamless. Of course, both these services were included in the price which was very competitive. The car was in a perfect state and despite being small (that’s what I selected), it offered luxury and comfort. Phillip went out of his way to make the car renting process zero stress and fitted to exactly what we needed. I asked for a few things that Hertz or Enterprise would have either charged me an arm and a leg to do or refused to do (like a late evening car delivery, some extra hours without charging an extra day, airport drop off in main the parking lot instead of some lot a mile away, PayPal payment, WhatsApp communication, automatic transmission).
